Police trooper charged with 10 sex crimes

Joseph Donovan a 21- year veteran was charged with 10 sex crimes he was accused of sexually assaulting two women he met at a bar in Lansing. He was placed on unpaid suspension. he was charged with 6 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of third degree CSC and a count of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration. Do you think he should have been charged or suspended with out proof of what he did?
